Non-signature required: (Default selection delivery service)
bam |+| boo use Go Sweet Spot, a tracked, non-signature required service. The courier will leave your package on your property and you do not have to be home to receive the package. A Card to Call will be left for you to arrange free re-delivery if the driver deems it unsuitable to leave the package.
If you want your package to be received specifically by yourself, please select add a note to your order to specifiy any delivery instructions.
Signature Required:
If you prefer to use the Signature Required option, you will need to be home to receive and sign for your package. It will NOT be left on your property.
Please also take note of the following:
  • bam |+| boo will do their very best to get a stocked item to you within five working days. If items are not in stock and you would still like to place an order, please contact us and we will inform you of the approximate wait/delivery time.
  • Unfortunately bam |+| boo's courier service (predominantly NZ Couriers) does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • bam |+| boo do not take responsibility for goods delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer - We encourage you to double check to make sure your delivery address is correct, we would hate for our scrumptious items to go missing on their way to you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: bam |+| boo suggest you query any applicable import taxes of the country receiving the goods. We cannot take responsibility for these charges and fees.

Exchange and Returns:
If your not pleased with your bam |+| boo item, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit for your purchase if the item(s) are returned to us in their original condition (unused with tags attached) within 14 days. If the item is fautly we will refund you immediately. Items returned to us will be done so at the customer’s expense. Please email us at sales@bamandboo.co.nz and we will correspond with you the details for returns.

Faulty Items:
If the product is faulty – which we apologise if this happens! But sometimes here at bam |+| boo the orders come in faster than we can pack, so if a faulty item does slip through we will gladly pay for the item to be returned to us and send you a replacement or a refund ASAP!

Please email us at sales@bamandboo.co.nz and we will correspond with you to arrange for the item to be picked up.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer an exchange or credit for sale items.
